As parents of the players we are all expected to help get the players to the tournaments.
Again, this is not a school sponsored activity.
If there are weekends that you can drive and bring players, then please do so. We only have 14 players, your help is
needed. A note will go home to all parents, please sign up for those dates that you can drive and how many extra players that
you can transport.
Every tournament date we will meet and leave from the Jack in the Box on 1417 and Route 75 at the designated time.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If there
is inclement weather on the day of the tournament, Prime Time Sports will evaluate the conditions to determine if the Tournament
will be held as scheduled. Prime Time Sports will reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tournament if the inclement
weather makes it unsafe or unplayable for players and spectators. In general, a tournament will be played if there is light
to moderate rain, with no thunder or lightning. If there is inclement weather on the day of the tournament, call 972
539-9106 ext. 2 and then press 2 for updates.

Fine Print: Due to UIL regulations, neither school coaches, nor school affiliation
is permitted in these tournaments. This is a team endorsed and engineered by dedicated parents and volunteers. Also, there
will not be any parent coaching whose son is on a team. A team must be made up of players in the same shool
district.
